How a direct booking works
Tell us your dates
Send your preferred park, dates, guest numbers and whether you are bringing a dog.
We confirm availability
We reply personally with the available stay details and what you need to pay.
Secure your break
A £100 security deposit is due with the booking request. It is returned after the stay once the cleaners have checked the caravan, subject to the terms; it is not refunded if you cancel. The holiday balance is due six weeks before arrival.
Your questions come to us
We know both caravans and the parks around them. If you need to check practical details, talk through access needs or work out which location will suit your family, ask us before you commit.

When can we arrive and leave?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
Are Haven passes included?
No. Private-let guests can buy passes separately after their stay has been registered with Haven. Availability and facilities vary by park and date.
What happens to the £100 deposit?
The £100 security deposit is returned within 14 days after departure, once our cleaners have checked the caravan and the booking terms have been met. It is not refunded if you cancel.
Can we bring a dog?
Yes, both caravans are dog friendly. Please tell us about your dog when enquiring and read the pet conditions before booking.
